Registration is open for our Spring 2015 Yoga Classes held at the Community Center.
This is a beginner level Vinyasa Yoga class that will help you develop body awareness, learn the basic postures and their modifications. The class will have an emphasis on proper alignment to help you build strength and focus on yogic breath and how to link breath with movement. **Bring your own mat** Teacher Bio: Christen completed her yoga teacher training in 2012 with Kim Manfredi. During her training, she experienced an “aha moment” and changed the way she looked at the world. This made her even more passionate about sharing the practice with others. She encourages a practice free from judgement and self criticism, focusing on bringing love and awareness to the mat. Christen enjoys a fun and athletic yoga practice to build strength from the inside out.
